About me

I’m Karina. I am a mother and a doula. Having a doula for my own daughter’s birth in 2024 changed mine and my husband’s life and outlook on pregnancy and birth forever. It made so obvious to me just how necessary this work is and just how much it is needed by every birth giving person. I attended a 12 week intensive program with Ancient Song Doula services in Brooklyn, NY where I was taught by subject matter experts with over 20 years of experience in delivering compassionate and respectful care surrounded by like minded people. Many of whom had already been working in birth support for years. I am so looking forward to bringing all of my education and experience to the table for you as my client.
